The project involved creating two beer can designs inspired by Ottawa's attractions, aiming for a cohesive pair that also embodies the city's essence. I created aesthetically pleasing cans with symbolic depictions of Ottawa's landmarks through research and creative experimentation, making sure to maintain a cohesive design with a thoughtfully selected colour scheme and text. The result is a pair of interesting beer cans that both meet the project's criteria and encapsulate Ottawa's essence. The next steps involve investigating ways to maximize the impact of these designs through applications such as marketing or goods. This project demonstrates the effective blending of regional character with design to create a product that is both memorable and marketable.
